An admit card generator that turns a sheet of student records into printable exam slips. The student enters a registration number, their details and photo load automatically, and the card is ready to print or save as PDF.
Producing admit cards by hand means a mail merge, a template that breaks, and someone checking that every photo landed on the right card. Here the registration number is the key — search it, and the details come straight from the sheet with the correct photo attached. There is no merge step to get wrong.
Student photo, exam information and signature fields for the invigilator and candidate — the elements an admit card actually has to carry to be accepted at the exam hall. Students can print directly or download a PDF, which covers both the family with a printer and the one taking it to a shop.
The layout is Tailwind CSS and mobile-friendly, which matters because most students will open the link on a phone. The card still prints correctly from there.
Schools, colleges, coaching centres and institutes running their own exams — anywhere admit cards or roll number slips have to be issued in bulk without a full examination system to do it.
Copy the sheet, add your students and photos, deploy the script and share the link. Google Sheets holds the records. The video covers the whole build, and support is free if you get stuck.
