Free Student ID Card Generator with QR Code – Google Sheets

A student ID card web app that builds cards from a Google Sheet. Add a student row with a photo, open the app and the card comes out laid out, with a QR code on it, ready to print at standard ID card size. It replaces the usual routine of pasting photos into a Word template once a year and getting the alignment wrong.

What it does

Staff sign in with a username and password, and the app reads student records from Google Sheets. Each card is generated automatically with the student's details, their photo and a QR code, so a card can be scanned at a gate, a library desk or an exam hall instead of being read off by eye. The layout is print-ready at the standard card size, so a sheet of cards comes off a normal printer without resizing, and the design is responsive if staff are working from a phone or tablet.
