I Built AI Water Plant Delivery ERP with AI | Google Apps Script Web App + Dashboard

A complete water delivery management system built on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. It replaces the notebook and calculator most water dealerships still run on, so unpaid bills, missing bottles and cash that never matches at day end stop being guesswork. Google Sheets is the database, and the whole system runs as a fast, mobile-friendly web app.

What it does

The dashboard shows today's cash, deliveries, stock and every customer that needs attention, with today, week and month filters and a search that finds records across every page. Customers are added one by one or imported from a CSV template, each with an area, landmark address, map pin, customer type, credit limit, credit days and their own 20-liter and PET carton prices. The Pending Dues page lists who owes money and for how long, together with the bottles each customer still holds. One tap calls the customer, opens WhatsApp or sends an SMS, and a recorded payment updates the customer ledger.

Purchases and stock track every full and empty bottle, and a stock write-off waits for an admin's approval. Counter sales take cash, Google Pay or credit, and every delivery prints as a thermal receipt or an A4 invoice. Delivery staff run their route and close their day from the phone; the admin reviews each day's trips (loaded, delivered and still out) and approves or rejects Google Pay payments. Monthly bills for every customer print in one click, next to a full profit and loss report.
