Description

A complete help desk ticketing system built on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Customers raise tickets from a public support page, agents work them against an SLA clock, and AI helps with replies and answers. Everything is stored in your own Google Sheet, so no server or MySQL is needed.

Tickets from the first message to the rating

A customer can submit a ticket and check its status without an account, or sign in to follow every ticket. Tickets can also come in by email. New tickets go to an active agent in the right department, and each category carries its own SLA hours, so the due date is set on its own. Staff get warnings and escalation before a ticket runs late, and after it is resolved the customer can rate the service.

The ticket 360 view

Every ticket opens in one popup with its time open, due date, comments, attachments, history, time entries and related tickets. Agents post public replies or internal notes, insert canned replies, upload files to Google Drive, add tags, merge duplicates and move the ticket from start to resolved.

AI with your own key

Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or OpenRouter API key in Settings. AI drafts replies for agents, suggests ticket details and answers questions in a chat panel from your ticket data. The knowledge base feeds those answers, and articles can be imported by reading your own website.
